Sports season kicks off September 5 for middle school athletes; practice is after school for Cross Country (Girls and Boys, grades 6th-8th) and Girls Soccer (7th and 8th grade)
To register for athletics, we are using FinalForms . Please read the information below on how to register your Spartan for sports this year.
New Athletic Registration via FinalForms
We are very excited to announce that the Stanwood-Camano School District has partnered with FinalForms - an online forms and data management service that will help streamline athletic registration for student athletes and their families.
FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your student(s), upload required documents, and view their clearance/eligibility status. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, which means you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started. Please visit https://stanwood-wa.finalforms.com to register and follow the prompts to create your account, add your student (use their school email address), and sign your forms. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year (parent/guardian AND student) and after any update.
If you need support during registration, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Get Help” or reach out directly to your school’s athletic office. If you are unable to register online from home, please visit the office or contact us for further assistance. Thank you for your support in streamlining our process.
