In the Grade 8 Nuclear Olympics, it was down to the wire. 3rd period fell to 3rd place after a valiant effort while 6th period overcame a huge deficit to come in 2nd by less than 2 minutes. With an overall time of 46 minutes and 43 seconds to make 5 elements, our donut party winners are: 4th period!!!

Yearbooks are still for sale in the office. $30 completes your piece of the puzzle.

Today there is an ASB Meeting during 2nd period. Classroom reps, check in with your second period teacher and then go to Mrs. Berg’s room. All current and future ASB officers should also attend.

This week is a spirit week. Today is comfy day, and tomorrow is summer vacation. Remember tomorrow is the only day to wear hats–and your summer plans might include the beach, but your clothes should not.

8th graders don’t forget! Next year you can join JV cheer–there are signs around the school with a QR code for you to scan for more information. Or you can talk to Mrs. T!

Happy Birthday today to Edgar MC and Rosendo DM. Here are early birthday greetings for the last nine days of June: Junior B., Chloe R., Rose N., Jaxson B., Chloe D., George C., Kaelyn C., Amber Z., James M., Langley C., Joslynn H., and Avery C.

Your lunch menu today is chicken leg and chicken strips
